Parklands Leisure club is within easy reach of the Guesthouse taking only 5 minutes by car and a 15 minute leisurely walk.
The club incorporates swimming pool with children's area, spa bath, sauna, steam room and jet showers. There is a badminton court, squash court and Gymnasium. On the first floor is a comprehensive club lounge and bar, two full size snooker tables, solarium and viewing galleries overlooking the badminton and squash courts and the swimming pool.

Horse Riding
If you fancy a trek or a ride out over the hills the Lake District is has some of the finest scenery and equestrian centers on offer, many of which are close by. Group or private lessons are available, from novice to experienced rider there is something for everyone.
